A user type is a user meant to carry out specific flows. An Admin would be one user type. There may be variations of admin who are allowed to perform certain actions. On the front end, there is at least one user and often more. Examples include an RV owner who logs in and creates rental listings. Another user type would be a "renter"; someone who can browse and book RVs. Both of these users can do different things that make the entire app possible.
What will each user type be able to do?

What are the key functions of each identified user type? Example; a "general physician user type" MUST be able to complete a consult form for a patient's medical issue and send it to a "specialist user type". A "specialist" must be able to receive these consultation requests and respond with their feedback.
